The results of the algorithm are visualizations clearly showing the best match employees for each position. Appropriate employee statistics are included in the visualizations, such a salary, compa ratio, time in position and employee history. This tool also generates a gap analysis, which alerts companies to where
they have gaps between current employee skills and the required skills
