  6 steps to your custom system

1. Scope Definition/Schematic Design
We start with a structured findings process, through meetings and working sessions designed to gain a clear understanding of the business objectives and parameters of the project.

2. Prototype/Specification
As a design tool, or for projects where design parameters are not firmly established, we often recommend production of a concept prototype. This prototype gives you a model that closely approximates the feel of the actual system.

3. Production
Once you have approved the prototype and specifications, we begin production on the system. During this phase, regular review sessions are scheduled with the client to keep track of progress on the system.

4. Testing
Ongoing testing is conducted throughout the production phase of the project. Upon completion of the test version, the system is fully tested in-house at Schindler Technology and then shipped to you for end-user and beta testing.

5. Rollout
Where appropriate, a training program is devised before full rollout of the system occurs. Frequently, a small pilot group of users is designated for a limited rollout. This allows for structured feedback to be processed before full deployment.

6. Tracking and Follow-up
We want to ensure your ongoing satisfaction. Where appropriate, we develop a long-term strategic plan which incorporates a schedule for system upgrades and ongoing maintenance.
