Paul at a Glance

Paul started the business in 1993 and brings over 20 years of experience developing custom solutions with a focus in human resource information systems, business solutions and online strategies for Fortune 500 companies. His experience in business management enables him to apply strategic insight and direction for full-scale deployments both for national and international companies.

Prior to founding Schindler Technology, Paul was a systems consultant at Baxter Healthcare Corporation where he developed computer software for hospitals, and their internal Human Resource department. Before Baxter, Paul worked for Sibson & Company, a human resource consulting firm developing computer tools in support of projects involving salary administration, job evaluation, and incentive plan modeling. Paul has a BS from Skidmore College, and an MBA from Clarkson University.

This has given our interfaces a competitive advantage over our competitions, whose are typically designed by programmers. His design methodology is to present information in a format and sequence that anticipates, responds to, and enhances the user’s needs, process and modes of perception.
Background:

• Teaching positions at Harvard University, Massachusetts College of Art, The School of the Museum of Fine Arts, and Philips Academy at Andover
• His artwork has been displayed at the Soho Center for Visual Arts in New York City, and in the Permanent collection at the Norton Gallery Museum in West Palm Beach Florida

Using his extensive Internet experience, Mark started network programming in 1981, before most people had heard of the Internet and provides a vast knowledge base.

Utilizing her extensive experience at Household International managing large groups of programmers, Sue plays an important role in quality assurance. Throughout a project she will continuously test and check functionality and configurations to ensure a high caliber system.

Chris at a Glance

Chris has a proven intellectual capacity coupled with an analytical and lateral approach to analysis and problem solving. He is highly articulate with client-facing experience, and is self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
Background:

• Chief Technology Officer at Interactive Sports Marketing, a company he co-founded, and was responsible for the company's product development and architecture.
• 7 years with EMC Corporation, as a Technical Leader, he dealt directly with client issues on multiple enterprise accounts. He was responsible for the technical management of enterprise accounts and for qualifying sales and service opportunities based on customer requirements, budgets, and competition.
• 8 years at Motorola, Inc., where he managed the Post Release Group for GSM Subscribers that focused on implementing new features and defect repairs with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
