Our system enables companies to conduct "what-if" analyses, to model many different incentive plan scenarios and see the resulting impact.

For each incentive plan, a control panel is created with all the variables that a company may need to maneuver, such as performance measures, weights, and payout schedules including a threshold, target and maximum. Control panel scenarios can be saved for future retrieval. The resulting impact of the control panel settings is displayed in screens and reports which show, for example, the total cost of the plan versus budget, as well as winners and losers analyses to see if the right people benefit from the plan.

Once the incentive plans are finalized, the model can be used to track and administer the actual plans.
