Compensation Administration

Our system manages the administration of salary increases, bonuses, and, when applicable, stock options.

Some companies are on an annual salary review cycle, while others have several cycles throughout the year. For each cycle, this system enables managers to retrieve the records of employees that report into them, and enter in the appropriate information, such as performance ratings, promotions, salary increases, bonus amounts and multipliers. When making pay decisions, managers have access to relevant historical information on employees, as well as to summary reports showing the impact of pay actions to date.

In addition, statements are generated for each employee which clearly explain and diagram how their pay figures were calculated, tracking all of the sub calculations and decisions along the way. Management has access to a variety of analytical reports cut by different levels of the organization.
